- Every rental includes the Sprinter with seating for 12, 100 miles per day, 24/7 roadside assistance, and $1M commercial liability coverage. USB-C and USB-A charging at every seat, Bluetooth audio, and rear climate control are standard.
- How many people actually fit in a 12-passenger Sprinter?
- 12 adults with seatbelts, plus a driver. Behind the last row there's cargo space for roughly 8–10 carry-ons or a large cooler plus soft bags. Groups of 10–12 with hard-sided luggage should plan on a rooftop cargo option or a trailer.
- Is there a deposit or hold?
- No security deposit hold. You pay the rental total (or a 25% deposit with the balance collected at pickup) online — that's it.
- Do you deliver the van?
- Yes. We deliver to XNA airport and to any Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale, or Bella Vista hotel or address for a flat fee shown at checkout. Pickup at our Rogers HQ is free.
- What's the minimum rental period?
- One day (24 hours). Multi-day trips get automatic weekly discounts starting on day 5.
- Do I need a special license to drive it?
- No — a standard U.S. driver's license is all you need. The Sprinter drives like a large SUV and is easier to handle than most people expect.
- Is insurance required?
- Our commercial policy covers liability. You can add a CDW (collision damage waiver) at checkout, or provide proof of your own auto or credit-card coverage — details are on the insurance step of the booking flow.
