I am renting a 12-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from Ozark Adventure Sprinters. I confirm I hold a valid driver's license and auto and/or credit-card insurance that extends to this vehicle, and that proof of that insurance will be uploaded before pickup.
I accept full financial responsibility for any loss of or damage to the vehicle, its tires, wheels, glass, interior and equipment occurring during my rental period, regardless of fault, up to the full replacement value of the vehicle. This includes towing, recovery, storage, cleaning beyond normal use, smoking or pet violations, and loss of rental income while the vehicle is out of service for repair.
I agree to return the vehicle in the same condition, to allow only licensed and insured drivers named on the rental to operate it, and to report any accident or damage to Ozark Adventure Sprinters immediately. I authorize the card on file to be charged for damage, fines, tolls or fees assessed after the rental.
By typing my name below I am signing this waiver electronically and agree it has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Fuel policy: the van leaves with a full tank and must be returned full. If you skip prepaid fuel and return under full, we charge a $20.00 refuel service fee plus $5.00 per gallon to top off.
