Renting a Sprinter in Bella Vista

Bella Vista is the retirement community that isn't — 30,000 residents, seven lakes, eight golf courses, and a POA that runs it like a small country. Our Bella Vista bookings skew toward two use cases: golf weekends and family reunions. Golf groups love the Sprinter because clubs, coolers, and 12 players fit without anyone driving separately between Berksdale, Brittany, Highlands, Kingswood, Metfield, Scotsdale, and Dogwood. Reunions and funerals pull the extended family in from XNA — the Sprinter meets them at baggage claim, moves them between the funeral home, the reception venue, and the hotel, then drops everyone back at the airport. Bella Vista's neighborhoods (Highlands, Mercy, near Cooper Elementary) are 20–25 minutes from our Rogers HQ; delivery to any address is available and most bookings choose it.

Bella Vista logistics run a little different from the rest of NWA — the POA courses are spread across the community, so a golf-weekend Sprinter typically runs three or four short hops per day (breakfast → tee time → clubhouse → dinner). The van waits on-site between rounds, which is why most groups book a full-day block instead of pay-per-trip. For lake days at Lake Ann, Lake Windsor, or Lake Ann Marina, we can load coolers and small watercraft in advance so the trip starts at the ramp, not at loading. Reunions typically span Friday through Sunday with XNA runs at both ends.
