Renting a Sprinter in Bentonville

Bentonville is where most out-of-town groups start their NWA trip — flying into XNA, checking into a hotel around 8th Street Market or the Square, then trying to figure out how to move 10–12 people to Crystal Bridges without three separate rideshares. That's our most-booked route. A Sprinter drops the whole party at the Crystal Bridges south entrance, no shuttle-tram from the overflow lot, no waiting on the last Uber. The same pattern works for Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Slaughter Pen, and Blowing Springs — Bentonville's trail system was built for group rides, and the van hauls bikes on a hitch rack we mount before pickup. Weddings at Pratt Place, the Momentary, and the Record all lean on Sprinter shuttles because Bentonville's downtown streets and venue driveways don't fit charter buses. If your group is landing at XNA, meet-and-greet at baggage claim is included — flag us in the booking notes and we'll be there with a sign.

For downtown-Bentonville groups: parking around the Square is limited, so most guests have us drop and return rather than park and wait. For Coler and Slaughter Pen riders, we can meet you at the trailhead lot and stash gear in the van while you ride.
